本案基地位於中和安邦社會住宅一、二樓銜接的公設區域，與國立台灣藝術大學合作打造青年創意基地，藝文、看護、托育、社區教室等多元公共空間，形成一個互動與服務並行的群體場域，為社區居民與青年提供交流、學習與創作的平台。

Located within the public space connecting the first and second floors of Zhonghe Anbang Social Housing, this project was developed in collaboration with the National Taiwan University of Arts to establish a Youth Creative Base. Combining arts, caregiving, childcare, and community classrooms, the space creates an integrated hub where interaction and service coexist, providing residents and young people with a platform for communication, learning, and creativity.

設計策略以建築外觀的圓弧語言延伸至室內，使一、二樓的活動自然映射到帷幕立面，成為建築表情的一部分。接待櫃檯以弧形姿態迎接到訪者，二樓則規劃為創課教室、彈性教室、舞蹈教室與公共休憩區，提供多元學習與創作的空間。

The design strategy extends the architectural language of curves into the interior, allowing activities on the first and second floors to be naturally reflected on the curtain wall façade, becoming part of the building’s expression. The reception desk adopts a curved gesture to welcome visitors, while the second floor is organized into creative classrooms, flexible learning rooms, a dance studio, and communal lounge areas—offering diverse spaces for learning and creation.

材料配置上，以木紋質感象徵孕育創意的土壤與載體；金屬衝孔板則兼具展示與導引的功能，搭配燈光效果，形成鮮明的空間導視元素。

In terms of materiality, wood finishes symbolize the soil and vessel that nurture creativity, while perforated metal panels serve both display and wayfinding functions. Enhanced by lighting effects, these elements create a distinctive visual guide throughout the space.
